Fighting for Your Rights

Welcome to Justice for All Reentering Under the Constitution of Public Policy, Inc. I’m Rick Johnson and my office in Alpharetta, Georgia is here to help those who have been incarcerated. In addition, I provide aid to those who are not enjoying their full rights as American citizens. You deserve all the privileges accorded to you in the Constitution.

All working people in America that are Ex-Offenders should have the right to be able to go work and take care of their families without being discriminated against. All working Ex-Offenders should have the right to vote; they are still citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Taxation without Representation is wrong and against our CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. JOIN US AND SUPPORT US WITH YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

Voting Rights

All offenders and ex-offenders of The United States of America have the right to vote. Voting right is not a privilege, it's a birthright. The United States' Constitution has never been amended to deny any citizen of this country that they could not vote based on their past or present conviction as well as our Bill of Rights. So why is it that the State of Alabama, Georgia, Florida and the states of North Carolina and South Carolina deny these citizens of their due Process Rights?

It is un-American and against the U.S. Constitution to continuously deny these folks their inalienable rights and sovereignty rights that were given by God. Once these offenders and ex-offenders repay this debt back to society, the debt of their past should be wiped away; particularly, once they work and pay taxes, taxation without representation is illegal and wrong. I'm requesting all people of good will and all corporate leaders to join us in fighting this wrong and outdated system.

"No person has the right to rain on your dreams."

Let this quote from Martin Luther King, Jr. your mantra. Don’t suffer from one mistake all your life. If you’re one of those undergoing the many difficulties of living outside, contact me and let’s find a way to get you back on track so that you can enjoy the following again:

A negative record prevents a person from receiving a quality public education, and this is unconstitutional.
